农村儿童早期发展的健康教育方案研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究农村社区婴幼儿家长养育知识和行为现状,探讨促进农村儿童早期发展的健康教育方案。[方法]随机抽取南京市农村社区婴幼儿的主要看护人进行养育知识和行为问卷调查,内容涉及儿童营养及喂养、疾病识别与护理、儿童保护、儿童早期教育,进行社区诊断。[结果]对于如何正确添加辅食只有33.3%的家长全部知道;对儿童常见病、多发病的知识掌握情况多数为"部分知道";67.8%的家长部分知道或全不知道如何预防儿童意外伤害;每天与孩子玩耍时间2h以下的占60.1%,给孩子提供玩具、图书大于10件的分别占16.4%和5.5%。家长的养育知识来源以医疗保健机构的医务人员为主。[结论]提高农村保健服务人员的知识水平和健康教育技能,丰富健康教育媒介,宣传与儿童早期发展密切相关的养育知识,是促进农村儿童早期发展的有效措施。[ Objective] To study the status of rearing knowledge and behaviors of rural parents, and to explore the health education programmes for promoting early development of children in rural areas. [Methods] The main caregivers of in-fants in rural communities were randomly selected to investigate the rearing knowledge and behavior, which involved in children nutrition and feeding, disease identification and care, children protection, early childhood education, and community diagnosis. [Resultsl Only 33.3% of the parents knew how to correctly add supplementary food; Most of they had some knowledge of the common diseases and frequently occurring illness. 67：8% of the parents didn＇ t know or had a little knowledge how to prevent accidents injury day; 60.1% of the parents could play with children for two hours, and parents could provide toys and provide more than ten books for their children accounted for 16.4% and 5.5%, respectively. The rearing knowledge mainly sourced from the medical personnel in the percent, to provide children with more than 10 toys and books accounted for the difference between medical care institutions. [ Conclusion] To improve rural health services and the level of the knowledge of health education skills, enrich the health education media and spread the rearing knowledge of early children development are the effective measures to promote the early development in the rural areas.
