摘  要:研究木聚糖酶预浸渍对光叶楮木片P-RCAPMP制浆性能的影响。结果表明:在H2O2和NaOH用量均为5.0%的条件下,游离度在170mL左右时,酶法P-RCAPMP(木聚糖酶用量为12U·g-1)纸浆和常规法P-RCAPMP相比,前者的抗张指数、耐破指数分别比后者提高了23.2%、6.0%,纸浆返黄值(PC)减少了近30.6%;常规法P-RCAPMP纸浆和酶法P-RCAPMP纸浆均可用于配抄低定量涂布纸,但在生产相同定量的产品时,用酶法P-RCAPMP纸浆配抄而成的轻涂纸强度要更好一些。Xylanase pre-impregnation's effects on P-RC APMP properties from Broussonetia papyrifera wood chips were investigated. Results show that physical strengths of P-RC APMP pulp produced from chips impregnated with xylanase prior to refining are better than those of regular P-RC APMP pulp, which can be expressed as tensile strength, burst strength, tear strength. On other hand, brightness stability of pulps is improved as well. At the Canadian standard freeness level of 170 mL , tensile and burst strengths of the former(with a dosage of xylanase of 12U·g^-1 o.d. chip) are increased by 23.2% and 6.0%, respectively, comparing with those of the latter, and PC value, of the former is decreased by 30.6%; in conclusion, both processes could be used to produce P-RC APMP pulps from Broussonetia papyrifera wood chips suitable for production of LWC base paper, and enzymatic pulps can enhance physical strengths of the paper.
