摘　　要：采用文献法、专家访问法、实地观察法、逻辑分析法等,从高校体育系统结构和高校体育课程两个核心角度论述高校体育的发展,得出结论:应建立发展型的高校体育系统结构,充分利用社会资源促进高校体育的发展,与此同时,应开设现代化的体育课程,使大学生在教师的引导下向自觉、自主和自由学习的方向发展。We take literature and investigation forms to study this essay and get the conclusions： developing sports system structure of colleges and universities should be established so as to accelerate the evolution of school sports after we take full use of social resource. At the same time modem sports courses should be opened up so that sports learning will be consciousness, independence and freedom.
