浅析制约桂林高校户外运动开展因素及其对策研究

摘　　要：户外运动是近几年来在国内发展较快的一项运动,相对传统体育来说,其趣味性、刺激性增加,难易程度易于控制,运动环境优美多变,特别能满足年轻人自我体验,特立独行,与众不同的心理。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析等方法,对桂林各高校学生参加户外运动的现状及影响因素进行了较为全面、客观的调查与分析,并提出改进对策,以求为户外运动在桂林高校的健康发展提供理论指导。The sport is in a domestic development quick movement in the last few years, to the relative traditional sports, its interesting, the irritating quality increases, the difficulty degree easy to control, the movement excellent surroundings is changeable. Especially, which can satisfy the young people self-experience, is individualistic, out of the ordinary psychology. This article uses literature methods, material law, questionnaire .survey procedure, logic analysis, participated in the sport to Guilin various universities students the present situation and the influencing factor has carried on more comprehensive, an objective investigation and the analysis, and proposed the improvement countermeasure, in order to provide the theory instruction for the sport in the Guilin University＇s healthy development.
