摘　　要：文章分析了和谐校园与现代大学制度的内涵,介绍了历史上大学制度改革的动因,提出了建立现代大学制度是构建社会主义和谐校园的必然要求。着重从高等学校的法规体系、内部管理、校园文化三个方面论述了现代大学制度是和谐校园建设的制度保障。This paper analyzes connotation of harmonious campus and modern university system, discusses the driving force of institutional reform of university in the history, and puts forward the concept that modern university system is the institutional safeguard for the construction of socialist harmonious campus, which has been further elaborated from three aspects of the university including its regulation system, internal management and campus culture.
