摘 要:从2005-2007年全国导游人员资格考试(湖南考区)试卷中对导游人员历史、地理知识能力的要求进行分析,发现目前导游教学和培训中存在着应试教育模式使学生的理解相对肤浅、史地知识的教学乏味、学生水平的参差不齐难以因材施教等问题。为此,应不断整合、更新教学内容,加强区域人文地理的学习,实行启发式、案例讨论式的教学方法,以提高导游人员的服务技能。Through analyzing on the request to tour guides' historical and geographical knowledge in the national test for guiding qualification (Hunan district) from 2005 to 2007, we found out that there were problems in current guide teaching and training-students' understanding was superficial and teachers' teaching was boring on historical and geological knowledge in the pattern of examination-oriented education, and students' ability was uneven and individual teaching was difficult to take, etc. Therefore, we should integrate and change teaching contents, improve the study on human geography and take heuristic and case-discussing teaching method to increase tour guides' service ability.
