不同粒径复方中药对感染根管内常见菌体外抑菌作用的比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同粒径复方中药对感染根管内常见菌的体外抑制作用。方法:采用纸片扩散法测定由冰片、雄黄、珍珠粉配伍制成的两组超细粒径(782 nm、1350 nm)和一组普通粒径的复方中药制剂以及氢氧化钙对黏性放线菌、变形链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌、具核梭杆菌等5种感染根管内常见菌标准菌株的体外抑制作用,设空白对照组。结果:两组超细粒径的中药制剂对黏性放线菌、变形链球菌和具核梭杆菌有明显抑制作用;普通中药组、氢氧化钙组和对照组对上述实验菌株均未产生明显的抑制作用。结论:冰片、雄黄、珍珠粉制备成超细微粒后能提高其溶解度和药物的有效利用,具有较好的抗菌作用,作为根管消毒药具有一定的应用前景。AIM ： To evaluate the bacteriostatic effect of traditional Chinese herbal drugs on the primary bac- teria from the infected root canal in vitro. METHODS： The methods of Kirby - Bauer（ K - B）was used to find the bacteriostatic effect of calcium hydroxide and traditional Chinese herbal drugs composed of borneol, realgar and pearl powder. Five kinds of standard strains were picked up as test strains. They were Actinomyces viscosus（Av）, Streptococ- cus mutans （ Sm ） , Staphylococcus aureus, Porphyromonas gingivalis, and Fusobacte rium nucleatum（ Fn ）. RESULTS ： There was a significant bacteriostasis of 782nm and 1350nm traditional Chinese herbal drugs on Av,Sm and Fn. Howev- er, among Ca（OH） 2 group, common traditional Chinese herbal drug group and the control one,there was no effect on the inhibition of the growth of all strains. CONCLUSION ： When the traditional Chinese herbal drugs （ composed of borneol, realgar and pearl powder） were made into very small particulates, compared with Ca（OH） 2 and common tra- ditional Chinese herbal drugs, they had a more preferable bactericidal effect and might be used for the medication of root canal.
