摘 要:目的探讨肝硬化多层螺旋CT肝脏体积定量测量的临床应用价值。方法肝硬化38例,利用螺旋CT机Volume软件测量其体积,并按肝功能分级(Child-pugh法)进行分组比较;选取正常人30例作对照。结果正常对照组肝脏体积为1164.8±200.8cm3,肝硬化Child-pughA、B、C级各组肝脏体积分别为1082.3±165.4cm3、807.6±269.5cm3、623.5±228.2cm3;肝硬化各组间及B、C级两组与对照组的肝脏体积比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05),A级组与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT能无创、简便快速测量肝脏体积,对于评价肝硬化肝脏储备功能具有重要的临床价值。Objective To discuss the value of clinical application of quantitative measurement of liver volume with Multi-slice spiral CT in liver cirrhosis. Methods 38 cases of liver cirrhosis were divided into different groups by Child-pugh grade method. Their liver volume were observed by Volume software of spiral CT and compared with them. The control group were 30 cases of normal persons. Results Liver volume of the control group was 1164.8 ± 200.8 cm^3, which Child-pugh grade A. B, C groups in liver cirrhosis were respectively 1082.3 ± 165.4 cm^3, 807.6 ± 269.5 cm^3, 623.5 ± 228.2 cm^3. It were significant difference when compared liver volume in the liver cirrhosis groups, and in B, C groups compared with the control group (P〈0.05), which were not statistically significant in A group and the control group (P〉0.05). Conclusion Quantitative measurement of liver volume can be gained directly and conveniently with Multislice spiral CT. which may be an important clinical value in evaluating liver reserved function in liver cirrhosis.
