食道癌患者放疗过程中真实体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解食道癌放疗患者在接受放疗过程中内心真实体验,以引导护士更好地为患者提供全身心护理。方法采用现象学分析法分析,通过深入访谈收集9例个案资料。结果食道癌患者放疗期间真实体验主要包括4个主题:逃避与接受;怀疑与担心;迫切与压力;自尊与需求。结论医护人员在为食道癌患者放疗时,应深入了解其内心深处的感受,满足其身心需求,开展全方位护理,帮助其尽快摆脱治疗过程的痛苦,寻求生命的价值与幸福。Objective To understand the personal feelings of patients with esophageal carcinoma during radiotherapy, and to guide the nurses to provide the better holistie nursing service. Methods Nine patients with esophageal carcinoma were collected through deep interview and were analyzed by phenomenology analytical methods. Results There were 4 themes of main experience for the patients during treatment, including evasive and acceptance, vigilance and worry, eager and pressures, self-esteem and demand. Conclusion Nurses should have a deep understanding of the feeling of patients with esophageal carcinoma during radiotherapy, satisfy their demand and make sure to give them an overall physiopsychic nursing, so as to free them from the suffering during therapy and help them seek the life significance and happiness by providing holistie nursing care.
