摘　　要：在远程教育系统中,学生处于主体和主导地位,网络教育课程资源的设计必须体现以学习者为中心的教学设计理念。本文结合英国开放大学的openlearn项目,从与学习者对话、激励学习者学习、支持学习者学习和关怀学习者四个方面对以学习者为中心的教学设计进行分析。In the distance education system,learners are the subject and in a dominant position.The design of online course resource has to reveal that learner-centered concept.By discussing the Openlearn program of the Open University of UK,the article analyzes the learner-centered teaching design from the four perspectives of dialogue with the learner,learner encouragement,learner support and learner solicitude.
