摘 要:目的:探讨SAPAP3基因多态性与强迫症的关系,为强迫症的易感基因研究奠定基础。方法:采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法对190例强迫症大学生和190例健康大学生SAPAP3基因上的标签SNP位点rs11264155进行基因型检测。结果:rs11264155位点PCR扩增目的片段长度为219 bp,经酶切后呈现CC、CG、GG 3种基因型;rs11264155位点基因型频数分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律;rs11264155位点在病例组和对照组中基因型频数和等位基因频数分布差异无显著性(P>0.05);该位点的基因型频数和等位基因频数在不同临床类型的强迫症大学生中分布差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:SAPAP3基因tag SNP rs11264155位点的多态性可能与强迫症的发生无关联。Objective To investigate the association between SAPAP3 gene polymorphism and obsessive compulsive disorder and provide theoretical basis for its susceptibility gene study. Methods The method of PCR-RFLP was conducted to examine the genotypes of a tag SNP rs11264155 locus on SAPAP3 gene in 190 obsessive compulsive disorder undergraduates (case group) and 190 healthy undergraduates (control group). Results The fragment of rs11264155 was 219 bp, and three genolypes (CC, CG, GG) were found after digestion. The distribution of genotypic frequency of rs11264155 was consistent with Hardy Weinberg equilibrium. The frequencies of allele and genotype of rs11264155 showed no significant difference between case and control groups (PD0. 05). In different clinical types of obsessive compulsive disorder, the frequencies of allele and genotype of rs11264155 showed no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion The tag SNP rs11264155 of SAPAP3 gene may not be associated with obsessive compulsive disorder.
