摘　　要：对宝信软件在发展过程中,通过建立和完善企业标准化机制、明确管理职责与责任分工、制定企业标准、推行国际标准等多项举措进行了介绍,对宝信软件在标准化工作中探索出的一套行之有效的实施方法,提升产品的竞争力和市场占有率,促进企业的发展做法进行了总结。This paper introduces Baosight＇s measures of establishment and perfection on the enterprise＇s standardization system, establishment of the enterprise standard, carrying out of international standard and so on, and concludes a set of effective implementation methods in standardization work, which can increase product competitiveness and market share and promote company＇s development.
