摘　　要：中国传统文化在"天人合一"的价值框架下,展开了以"伦"为核心的伦理精神的价值建构,这种建构通过由"天理"到"伦"再到"份"的层层展开与推进,实现了由社会统一价值到社会规范体系再到个体责任的具体转化过程,个体道德责任以社会价值为基础和根据,通过个体对道德责任的恪守,使得社会的统一价值要求逐步实现和落实,这样就形成社会价值向个体责任转换并最后复归于社会价值的具体—抽象—具体的辩证链环。社会统一的价值要求就是这样通过个体道德责任一步一步地向社会生活落实,形成一个由社会的人伦关系出发,最后又回归到社会生活的辩证结构。The China traditional culture＂ unity between man and nature＂ under the value frame, has launched take＂ lun＂ as the core ethics spirit value construction, this kind of construction through from＂ natural justice＂ to＂ Lun＂ again＂ Fen＂ layer upon layer launches with the advancement,realized unified the value from the society to arrive the individual responsibility again to the social norm system the concrete conversion process, the individual morals responsibility take the social value as the foundation and the basis, through the individual to moral responsibility scrupulously following, caused social the unified value request to realizeand the realization gradually, like this formed the social value to the individual responsibility transformation and the final regression in the social value concrete -- abstract con- crete dialectical link. The society unifies the value request is like this through the individual morals responsibility gradually to the social life realization, forms one to embark by society＇s human relations ,finally returns to the social life dialectical structure.
