高频电凝联合中西药对疣状胃炎患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的观察高频电凝联合中西药治疗疣状胃炎患者的效果,同时从细胞免疫角度探讨该治疗方法的作用机制。方法疣状胃炎患者212例随机分为中药+西药组和西药组,每组106例,西药组胃镜下对所有成熟型疣状病变行高频电凝治疗,术后给予常规幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)根除治疗,中药+西药组在此基础上序贯服用中药治疗。用流式细胞术检测所有入选对象外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+的百分率及CD4+/CD8+比值。结果①中药+西药组总有效率优于西药组(95.3%vs 78.3%,P<0.05)。②中药+西药组患者治疗后T细胞总数(CD3+)、抑制性T细胞(CD8+)明显增高,辅助性T细胞(CD4+)变化不大,CD4+/CD8+比值下降。结论胃镜下高频电凝联合中西药治疗成熟型疣状胃炎疗效显著,可能通过调节患者的免疫功能发挥了治疗作用。Objective To observe the efficacy of high-frequency electric coagulation combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with varioliform gastritis and from cellular immunity direction to investigate the mechanism of this treatment. Methods A total of 212 cases of mature varioliform gastritis with H. pylori were divided into two groups ：Chinese-Western drugs group and Western drugs group. The patients in Western drugs group were treated with high-frequency electric coagulation on complete type verrucoid, Chinese-Western drugs group were treated with Chinese drugs sequentially used this as a foundation. T lymphocyte subsets CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ , CD8^＋ were analyzed by flow cytometry. Results （1） The total effectiveness of Chinese-Western drugs group was higher than that of Western drugs group （95.3% vs 78.3%, P 〈0.05）. （2）The numbers of CD3^＋ ,CD8^＋ lymphocytes were increased and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio decreased in Chinese-Western drugs group as compared with those of Western drugs group. Conclusion High-frequency electric coagulation combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective for the treatment of mature varioliform gastritis. Maybe this treatment method plays its effect by modulating immune function.
