摘 要:为了提高城市轨道交通运营企业的票务收入,减少政府部门对于轨道交通运营企业的补贴性支出,介绍了国外城市轨道交通中常用的收入成本比概念。在此基础上进一步分析了影响其变化的三个主要因素,并将该指标规划为轨道交通票价调整周期与运营状况判别的依据。从灵活的票务政策、优良的服务水平和优化的运营成本三个不同的角度出发来提高收入成本比,增加城市轨道交通的运营效益。收入成本比的大小在一定程度上可以为城市轨道交通的运营决策提供参考,有助于城市轨道交通的良性发展。Because the construction and operation ot uroan rail transit needs a large amount of capital investment, the ticket revenue will cover the cost of daily operation as much as possible. In order to improve the fare income of urban rail transit and reduce the government subsidiary expenditure, the widely adopted concept of farebox recovery ratio in urban rail transit of the world is introduced. This fare-box recovery ratio is planned as a criterion to adjust the rail transit fare and estimate the operation, 3 factors-the flexible fare policy, high level of service and efficient operation cost-will directly impact on the ratio and finally enhance the operation efficiency of urban rail transit. Since the concept of farebox recovery ratio can provide a reference for the operational decision - making, promote a rapid and healthy development of urban rail transit, and contribute to the increase of the benefit, this paper argues that a standard of farebox recovery ratio for each city shall be made, aiming at improving the operational strategy, adjusting the ticket policy, enhancing the service level, and gradually reducing the operation cost, the government financial subsidies as well.
