α-巯基-β-取代苯基丙烯酸的合成及其对昆虫酚氧化酶的抑制活性

摘　　要：取代苯甲醛与罗丹宁经缩合反应,再经碱性水解,酸化等步骤合成了7种新的α-巯基-β-取代苯基丙烯酸,其结构通过1H NMR,IR和元素分析表征。生物活性实验表明,部分目标化合物对菜青虫酚氧化酶的活力有良好的抑制作用。Seven new α-mercapto-β-substitutedphenyl acryhc acids were synthesized by condensation between substituted benzaldehydes and rhodanine, then hydrolysis and acidification. The structures were characterized by ^1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis, The results of preliminary inhibition against the phenoloxidase of pieris rapae（L. ） showed that some of them exhibited good inhibitory activities.
