摘　　要：针对玻璃深加工行业中的异形玻璃定位问题,研究面向异形玻璃加工的多柔性转台控制硬件组成及其软件算法,通过对异形玻璃测量数据的拟合和特征判断,自动检测异形玻璃外形轮廓并对其进行快速定位;实现异形玻璃单工位或多工位连续加工。Aim the problems of special glass processing positioning in glass processing, this paper study hardware system and algorithm for the special-shaped glass processing flexible machine tool control system. This algorithm main involving contour measurement method, contour data acquisition, curve fitting, coordinate transformation compared to similar technologies such as graphics and composition of the solution. This algorithm solved the problems of special glass processing positioning and has been proved the properties of high precision and speed by testing in actual glass processing system.
