摘 要:切削热及由此产生的切削温度,是造成刀具磨损和粘结破损的直接原因。切削温度直接影响刀具体内的热应力分布;尤其在切削过程中,刀具受到周期性的热冲击,易使硬质合金刀片产生热裂纹而导致破损,对车削加工过程中的切削热进行仿真具有重要的理论研究与实际应用价值。为此,基于C++Builder软件仿真了工件的实际加工过程,并对切削热进行了动态仿真。为数控车削中切削热仿真的进一步研究提供了理论指导依据。Cutting heat and cutting temperature produced by cutting heat are the direct reasons that abrade cutting tools and damage bond departments. Cutting temperature directly influence the thermal stress distribution in cutting tools; Specially during cutting process, cutting tools suffer from the cycle shock of cutting heat, which can easily produce heat crack on hard alloy blades and lead damage to it. So the simulation of cutting heat during turning process has important value both in theory studying and actual manufacturing. To do this, we simulate the actual working process of workpiece and dynamically simulate the cutting heat based on C ++ builder software. Which provide direction in theory and important preconditions for the advance study on simulation of cutting heat simulation in NC cutting.
