摘 要:研究了电磁耦合混合动力公交车运行点协调控制策略,提出了发动机目标节气门开度开环控制、发电机目标转速控制、发动机实际转矩反馈和电动机转矩补偿控制的运行点协调控制基本算法,以期满足驾驶员对动力性能的需求,并保证动力传递的平稳性;同时提出了对发动机进行瞬态优化的运行点协调控制改进算法,以期避免发动机过浓喷油,并改善整车燃油经济性。仿真结果验证了运行点协调控制基本算法和改进算法的可行性,并且2种算法均达到了预期的控制目标。Operating point coordinated control strategy was investigated for an electromagnetic coupling hybrid electric bus. A basic operating point coordinated control algorithm for the system components, which can be expressed as the open-loop control of engine target throttle, the generator target speed control, actual torque feedback of the engine and the motor torque compensation control, was implemented to satisfy the driver's power demand and ensure smooth power transfer. In addition, an improved operating point coordinated control algorithm was suggested by the engine transient-state optimization in order to suppress engine rich fuel injection and improve fuel economy. Simulation results indicate that both the basic and improved operating point coordinated control algorithms are feasible and can achieve prospective target.
