摘 要:为研究生长因子及其受体与胆囊运动功能及胆结石的关系,应用免疫组化技术检测75例胆结石及25例非胆结石胆囊标本中表皮生长因子(EGF)及其受体(EGFR)的表达。结果表明:EGF、EGFR 的共同表达与胆囊的收缩功能有关。EGF 及其受体表达均为阳性者胆囊收缩功能较好。两者表达均为阴性者胆囊收缩功能减退。EGF 及EGFR 的表达与胆囊壁厚度及胆石类型无关。EGF 及其受体通过影响胆囊运动及粘膜功能参与胆石的形成。In order to study the relationship between epidermal growth factor (EOF), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and gallbladder kinetic function and gallstones, EGF and EGFR were detected using immunohistochemical methods in 75 cases of cholelithiasis and 25 cases of healthy subjects. The results show that simultaneous expression of EGF and EGFR is related to the kinetic function of the gallbladder. The positive expression of EGF and EGFR indicates a good level of flexibility in the gallbladder, while the negative expression of EGF and EGFR indicates poor flexibility. EGF and EGFR expression were found to have no relation to the thickness of the gallbladder wall or to gallstone types. EGF and EGFR are associated with gallstone formation through affecting gallbladder kinesis and the mucosal function.
