摘　　要：目的评估应用高温动脉隔离灌注化疗治疗肢体软组织恶性肿瘤临床疗效。方法回顾性分析,通过5年以上密切随访,对比1997～2001年同期的两组下肢软组织恶性肿瘤52例IIb(灌注组)和30例IIb(非灌注对照组)术后复发率,进行临床治疗效果分析。结果灌注组术后五年复发率46.2%,非灌注对照组术后5年复发率73.3%,两组对比有显著差异,高温灌注效应杀灭肿瘤周围微小卫星灶应当是减少复发的主要原因。结论应用高温动脉隔离灌注化疗治疗肢体恶性肿瘤是防止肿瘤局部复发的好办法。Objective Evaluate treatment effect of soft tissue malignant tumor with hyperther-mic isolated limb perfusion. Methods review analyses, contrast local recrudesce rate between two groups （1997-2001）： 52 cases in treat group with hyperther-mic isolated limb perfusion, control group 30 cases with ordinary chemotherapy, Follow-up time of two groups is more than five years. Results Hyperther-mic isolated limb perfusion group five years recur rate 46.2%, control group 73.3%. Notability discrepancy between two groups, the reason should be little focus around the tumor killed by heat perfusion. Conclusion Hyperther-mic isolated limb perfusion is a good way to prevent malignant tumor local recrudesce.
