摘 要:目的探讨心理学课程和个别心理咨询两种干预方式对大学生心理健康的影响。方法选取扬州大学参加心理学课程的大一学生87名,通过前测SCL-90因子及总分进行分组,采用两种干预方式对学生进行为期3个月的干预,而后进行前后测的比较。结果心理学课程对心理健康水平有无症状学生均能降低SCL-90部分因子得分(P<0.05);心理学课程和个别咨询相结合的干预方式能降低有症状学生SCL-90全部因子得分;心理学课程和个别咨询相结合干预方式与单纯心理学课程对有心理症状学生干预后的SCL-90各因子得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心理学课程教育可以降低大学生SCL-90评分,提高大学生心理健康水平。而个别心理咨询所发挥的效果有待进一步的研究。Objective To explore that the psychology courses and individual consultation have the extent of the impact on mental health of undergraduates. Method There are 87 college students who participate psychology courses in Yangzhou University, group them through total scores and factor scores from the pre-test SCL-90, and use two types of intervention for a three months ,and then compare. Results Psychology courses can re- duce significantly some of SCL-90 scores of both mental healthy and mental disorder undergraduates. The psy- chology courses and individual consultation can reduce significantly all of SCL-90 scores; SCL-90 scores offer intervention of psychology courses and individual consultation isn't significantly different with SCL-90 scores offer sole intervention of psychology courses(P〉0.05). Conclusion The psychology courses can reduce college students SCL-90 scores, and improve the mental health of undergraduates. The individual consuhation's effect need further research.
