大学生心理健康指导与咨询的对策研究

摘　　要：目的了解我国目前大学生心理健康指导与咨询认知、需求情况,为建立一套科学的心理健康指导与咨询体系提供依据。方法通过随机抽样的方法,对3000名大学生进行心理咨询认知、需求的现况调查。结果听说过心理健康指导方面的教育的学生中男生占94.1%,女生占89.0%,来自农村的学生占93.8%,来自城市的学生占88.3%,男女生和城乡学生比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);我国与国外比较选择"差远了"的占41.8%;遇到心理上的困难寻求同学、朋友帮助的占53.9%,自己承受的占17.2%。结论多数大学生对心理指导与咨询并不陌生,并十分迫切希望获取心理指导与咨询,应建立专业化的心理健康指导与咨询队伍和机构,利用多样的指导模式进行综合干预。Objective For knowing the situation of cognition and demand about university student＇s psychology health in our country, thereby supplied the foundation for establishing a suit of scientific directed and consulted psychology health system. Method The essay through the random sampling means,investigated 3 000 university students＇ psychology cognition and demand present situation. Results Among the students who had heard of direction of psychological health, boys allounted for 94.1% and girls accounted for 89.0%;rural students accounted for 93.8% and urban students accounted for 88.3%. There was no significant difference （P〉0.05） between boys and girls or between rural students and urban students. 41.8% students chose ＂far incompara- bly＂when asked to compare home and the abroad. 53.9% of students wished to get help from schoolmates or friends and 17. 2% standed themselves when encountering psychological difficulties. Conclusion University students are fully pressing to acquire directed and consulted for psychology. The Tactics is that establishing the directed and consulted troops and organization for psychology, diversified direction patterns are interposed on the synthesis.
