摘　　要：实践性教学是新建本科院校教育教学的重要环节，突出实践性教学是新建本科院校教育的特色。针对目前新建本科院校实践性教学中存在的一些问题，提出如何加强新建本科院校实践性教学的措施与对策。This essay is mainly discussing and analyzing the structure of the ability and knowledge of instructional technology majors from the standpoint of being a competent teacher of Primary and Middle schools in the course of information technology, at same time put forward some tactics for education reform on the base of reading and investigating related materials widely.
