摘　　要：企业的技术创新的遵循一定的知识论规律。现代知识论提出了默会知识理论,揭示了的关于创新知识生成过程中的批判性、默会性、境域性、发散性、个体性等因素,这使得人们应该重新认识企业传统形成与企业技术创新的关系;重视培养企业人才的操作能力和实践知识;营造有利于企业技术创新的文化氛围。The technological innovation of enterprises follows the rule of knowledge development. As a modern theory of knowledge, the Tacit Knowledge Theory highlights such factors as criticism, implicitness, locality, diversity, and individuality in the generation of innovative knowledge. The theory makes enterprises 1） revalue the relationship between traditional enterprise formation and technological innovation; 2 ） enhance the performance and practical knowledge of their employees; 3 ） cultivate an enterprise culture that facilitates technological innovation.
