摘 要:[目的]探讨Bad和Bcl-xl蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其意义。[方法]应用免疫组化SABC法检测了70例非小细胞肺癌和40例癌旁组织中Bad和Bcl-xl蛋白的表达。[结果]Bad在癌旁组织中阳性表达率为60%,明显高于NSCLC中30%(P=0.002);Bcl-xl在NSCLC中的阳性表达率为75.7%,明显高于癌旁组织中45%(P=0.001)。Bad蛋白缺失与组织学类型(P=0.030)和淋巴结转移(P=0.035)有关;Bcl-xl蛋白阳性表达与TNM(P=0.025)和淋巴结转移(P=0.008)有关。等级相关结果显示Bad蛋白和Bcl-xl蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.393,P=0.001)。[结论]Bcl-xl蛋白阳性表达和Bad蛋白的缺失均与NSCLC的发生、发展有关,可作为反映NSCLC生物学行为的指标。[Purpose] To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Bad and Bcl-xl protein in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). [Methodsl The expression of Bad and Bcl-xl protein was detected by immunohistochemical SABC method for cancer tissue in 70 cases with non-small cell lung and for cancer adjacent tissues in 40 cases. [Results] The Bad positive expression in cancer adjacent tissues (60%) was significantly higher than that in NSCLC (30%)(P=0.002);while Bcl-xl protein positive expression in cancer tissues (75.7%) was markedly higher than that in cancer adjacent tissues(45%)(P=0.001). The Bad protein absence correlated with histological type (P=0.030) and lymph node metastasis (P=0.035); while Bcl-xl protein positive expression related with TNM stage (P=0.025) and lymph node metastasis(P=0.008). The Bcl-xl protein expression was negative related with Bad protein expression (r=-0.393 ,P=0.001). [Conclusion] Positive Bcl-xl expression and Bod protein absence play important role in carcinogensis and cancer development in lung cancer. They might be valuable markers for reflecting biological behavior of NSCLC.
