摘 要:本文用新的实验再一次证明,注入光敏器件是肖克莱晶体管理论运用于光敏器件的体现.并指出了光敏器件的最重要工作之一是提高它的信噪比,而不是单纯地增加灵敏度,注入光敏器件正是为了这个目的而提出的.其间着重剖析了对间接耦合光电探测器的存疑点.In this paper new experiment and result have been proved a second time that theprinciple of injection photosensor is completely correct, which is embodied in the theory ofjunction transistor by W. Shockley. And then,it was pointed out that the most importantresearch work on photodetector is the enhancement of its signal to noise ratio,and does notrais its sensitivity. This is the just aim of the injection photosensor, which this purposehas been achieved,also dissects the doubtful points about this device.
