牙体硬组织多频率电阻抗性体外比较实验研究

摘  要:目的:研究多个频率交变电流对成年人离体牙牙本质、牙釉质和咬合面龋齿的电阻抗特性的影响,明确选择交变电流频率对测量牙齿电阻抗的作用。方法:使用成年人新鲜离体牙做研究对象,暴露牙根部牙本质,使用LCR数字电桥,在100Hz、1000Hz和10KHz频率下,测量牙本质之间、牙本质与牙釉质之间、牙本质与咬合面龋患之间的电阻抗,并进行统计分析。结果:牙本质之间、牙本质与牙釉质之间,牙本质与咬合面龋D1、D2和D3之间在100Hz测量频率下的电阻抗分别是(36.5±5.0)MΩ,(80.7±11.3)MΩ,(70.5±5.2)MΩ,(60.6±5.1)MΩ,(25.5±6.3)MΩ;在1000Hz测量频率下的电阻抗分别是(22.7±4.0)MΩ,(29.5±6.1)MΩ,(21.6±2.3)MΩ,(18.9±3.2)MΩ,和(20.5±5.4)MΩ;在10KHz测量频率下的电阻抗分别为:(3.5±0.5)MΩ,(3.6±1.0)MΩ,(2.5±0.5)MΩ,和(2.0±0.5)MΩ。其中,在100Hz测量条件下,牙本质之间、牙本质与D3咬合面龋之间的电阻抗明显低于牙本质与牙釉质之间的电阻抗(p<0.05),而在1000Hz和10KHz测量频率下,牙本质之间、牙本质与牙釉质之间,牙本质与咬合面龋之间的电阻抗的差异无显著意义(p>0.05)。在咬合面龋中,100Hz频率下,牙本质与D3龋之间的电阻抗明显低于牙本质与D1和D2龋之间的电阻抗(p<0.05)。结论:牙本质之间的电阻抗明显小于牙本质与牙釉质之间的电阻抗;牙本质与咬合面龋之间的电阻抗明显小于牙本质与牙釉质之间的电阻抗;牙体组织对低频交变电流的电阻抗明显大于对高频交变电流的电阻抗。Objective: To study the electrical impedance of dentin, enamel and occlusal caries of Chinese adult against alternating current of multiple frequencies; and to explore the suitable frequence for electrical impedance measurement of tooth. Method: Thirty fresh extracted teeth of Chinese adults were collected to be research object. The teeth were tested immediately their electrical impedance between dentin and denin, dentin and enamel or dentin and occlusal caries with a LCR meter. The electrical impedance of the teeth were tested under three different frequencies of 100 Hz, 1000 Hz and 10 KHz, respectively. T test was applied to find differences among their electrical impedance. P〈0.05 means statistical difference. Result: The electrical impedance between dentin and dentin, dentin and enamel and dentin and occlusal caries D1, D2 and D3 were 36.5±5.0, 80.7±11.3,70.5±5.2, 60.6±5.1 and (25.5±6.3) MΩ under the frequency of 100 Hz, respectively; 22.7±4.0,29.5±6.1,21.6±2.3, 18.9±3.2 and (20.5±5.4)MΩ under the frequency of 1000Hz, respectively; and 3.5±0.5,3.6±1.0, 2.5±0.5 and (2.0±0.5)MΩ under the frequency of 10 KHz, respectively. The statistical study showed that the impedances of dentin and occlusal caries D3 were obviously lower than that of enamel under frequency of 100 Hz (p〈0.05). However, differences of the electrical impedances between dentin and dentin, dentin and enamel, and dentin and occlusal caries were not significant under frequencies of 1000 Hz and 10 KHz, respectively (p〉0.05). In occlusal caries, the electrical impedance between dentin and caries D3 was obviously lower than those between dentin and caries D1 and D2,espectively (p〈0.05). Conclusion: The result of in vitro study on fresh extracted teeth shows that in Chinese adults the electrical impedance between dentin and dentin, dentin and occlusal caries are obviously lower than that between dentin and enamel.
