摘 要:目的探讨血清中TPS、p53抗体及SF联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的临床应用价值。方法以100例乳腺癌患者为实验组,39例乳腺良性病变及37例健康人群为对照组,采用ELISA法测定三组血清中的TPS、p53抗体及SF浓度值。结果乳腺癌组的TPS、p53抗体及SF浓度值均高于良性病变及健康人群组,其中TPS及SF浓度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),p53抗体则未见差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。TPS和SF对乳腺癌的灵敏度分别为89.0%、90.0%,特异度分别为71.1%、80.3%,TPS和SF联合检测的灵敏度为96.0%,特异度为55.3%,且两者的浓度呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论TPS和SF联合检测互相袮补了单一指标的不足,有效提高了对乳腺癌的诊断率。Objective To study the clinical value of combined assay of TPS, anti-p53 and SF in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods One hundred patients with breast cancer were studied, 39 cases with benign breast disease and 37 healthy controls were randomly selected. The serum concentration of TPS, anti-p53 and SF were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in three group. Results The concentration of TPS, anti-p53 and SF in breast cancer group were higher than those in benign breast disease group and healthy group. There were statistical significance in the concentration of TPS and SF between breast cancer group and group ( P 〈 0.05 ), but there was no statistical significance in the concentration of anti-p53 between breast cancer group and non-cancer group ( P 〉 0.05 ). The sensitivity of TPS , SF in breast cancer were 89.0% and 90.0% , respectively, the specificity were 71.1% and 80.3 % respectively. In combined assay of TPS and SF,the sensitivity was 96.0% ,the specificity was 55.3%. It showed a pestive correlation between the concentration of TPS,anti-p53 in breast cancer group. Conclusion Combined analysis has reinforced the shortage of single index, and improved the diagnosisratio of breast cancer utility.
