摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞患者60例的疗效,防止并发症的发生。方法:用中西医结合分期分型治疗,通过视力和眼底血管荧光造影检查评价疗效。结果:总有效率91.67%。提示:中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞疗效肯定并能防止并发症发生。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Western Medicine （WM）in treating retinal vein obstruction（ RVO）, and to prevent the syndrome. Methods ：60 cases with RVO had been collected and combined treatment with TCM and WM were given by different stage and type, and evaluate the curative effect by eyesight and fundus fluorescence angiography. Results：19 cases（31.7% ） were completely cured,36 cases （60%） got improved. The total effective rate was 91.67%. Conclusion：The combined therapy with WM and TCM can improve the effect in treating RVO, and can prevent the syndrome.
