摘  要:利用红外测温技术,结合导热与对流耦合反问题求解,给出了一种根据板坯出炉后延时红外测温反推板坯出炉温度的方法。经数值计算验证,本方法可对板坯出炉温度给出高精度的定量检测结果。同时,用该方法编制了简单可行的小软件,可以方便、即时地反推出板坯出炉温度,实现了可视化操作,可用于指导钢铁生产实践。A measure according temperature estimation of a heated armor plate's original surface based on deferred infrared temperature-measuring was given with the infrared testing the temperature technology combined the conduction with convection. By the numerical value calculated validated, this method is able to give a highly precisely examination result, at the meantime this article with the simple software worked out according to this method have the ability to compute the temperature of armor plate, conveniently and immediately as well as to realize the visual operation to direct the practice of steel production.
