摘　　要：为了克服光强,手背厚度对手背静脉图像的影响,提出一种新的手背静脉图像增强方法,对比度受限的局部直方图均衡(CLAHE)和top-hat变换相结合的方法。在进行CLAHE处理的基础上,利用top-hat变换提取图像的波峰和波谷,并将提取的波峰和波谷进行直方图修正,拉开灰度分布,再与之进行加减运算。实验表明,该算法能得到很清晰的增强效果。This paper presents a new methods that enhance the image of hand vein based on contrast limited local histogram equalization（CLAHE） and top-hat transform to overcome the influence of photoelectric and thickness of the back of hand skin. After making CLAHE process, top-hat transform is used to extract the peak and trough of the image. And the peak and＇trough which are made histogram equalization to extend gray distribution do addition and subtraction with the image making CLAHE process. The experiments show that the algorithm can make a very clear enhancement.
