葛芪汤治疗湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察葛芪汤对湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性的临床治疗效果。方法将51例（63只眼）诊断为湿性AMD的患者随机分为两组，治疗组26例（32只眼），应用葛芪汤治疗；对照组25例（31只眼），应用血塞通胶囊，金纳多及施图伦眼液。观察两组治疗前后患者视力，眼底变化，荧光血管造影，吲哚菁绿脉络膜血管造影及多焦视觉电生理的差别情况。结果治疗组总有效率为81．3％，对照组总有效率为54．8％，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论葛芪汤对湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性具有良好的治疗作用。Objective to observe the clinical effectiveness of Decoction-Geqi for treating exudative age-related macular degeneration.Method dividing into 51 diagnosises for the sufferer of the exudative AMD random two, 26 of treatment, apply the Decoction-Geqi treatment; 25 of matched control, apply the Blood Ves- sel Block Deoppilation Capsule, Ginaton and the Stulln Ocular Humor.The researching purpose is to observe the change of the patients＇ vision and eyeground and the condition of FFA, ICGA and multifocalelectroretinogram after the treatment.Result the total effective rate of the Treatment Group is 81.25%, the total effective rate of the Control Group is 54.84%,the comparison of the medical effectiveness of the two groups had statistics meaning, and the Treatment Group overmatch the Control Group （P 〈0.05 ）.Conclusion Decoction-Geqi has excellent effectiveness for treating age-related macular degeneration .
