摘　　要：目的观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植术联合丝裂霉素C（MMC）应用治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法对128例146只眼行胬肉切除，将同侧眼颞上方带有角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植到胬肉处的巩膜上，术中联合应用0．2mg／mlMMC治疗。结果术后反应轻，移植片存活，6只眼复发，复发率为4．1％。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植术联合MMC应用治疗翼状胬肉，方法简单，恢复角膜缘屏障，降低了复发率，是安全、有效的方法，值得临床推广。Objective Since the purpose of observation oflimbal stem cell transplantation in the United mitomycin C （MMC）the efficacy of the treatment of pterygium.Methods 146 to 128 cases of pterygium excision,will be at the top of the ipsilateral temporal eyes with limbal stem cell graft to the conjunctiva pterygium the sclera, the joint application of 0.2 mg / mlMMC treatment.Results Response to light, graft survival, six recurrence,the recurrence rate was 4.1 percent.Conclusions Since the conclusion of limbal stem cell transplantation in the United MMC application for pterygium, a simple way to restore limbal barriers and reduce the relapse rate, is safe and effective method, it is worth clinical.
