肝癌病人自由基、IL-2系统、T细胞亚群的变化及其相互关系

摘　　要：目的：探讨肝癌病人自由基和免疫功能的变化。资料和方法：３０例肝癌病人（男１６例，女１４例），３０例健康人（男１６例，女１４例）和３０例肝良性病变者作为对照组。用双抗体夹心法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）测ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平、ＩＬ－２、ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８、ＬＰＯ、ＳＯＤ也同步测定。结果：⑴肝癌病人ＩＬ－２、ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８、ＳＯＤ明显低于常人及良性病变者，ＬＰＯ、ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ、ＣＤ８则明显高于常人及良性病变者。良性病变者的变化与正常人无显著性差异；⑵肝癌病人的ＬＰＯ与ＳＯＤ间呈负相关（γ＝０４３，Ｐ＜００５）与ＩＬ－２之间呈负相关（γ＝０７８５，Ｐ＜００１），ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ与ＩＬ－２呈负相关（γ＝－０４１，Ｐ＜００５）。结论：肝癌病人体内存在着自由基的损害和免疫功能低下，在防治时应积极提高机体免疫力和抗氧化治疗。Objectives:To study the changes of free radicals and immunity in hepatocellular cancer patients.Materials and Methods:30 patients with hepatocellular cancer(16 men and 14 women),30 normal cases(16 men and 14 women)and 30 patients with benign hepatocellular disease (16 men and 14 women)were taken as the control groups.The serum sIL-2R receptor levels were measured with ELISA.The activities of IL-2 and SOD,T cell subsets and the levels of LPO were measured simultaneously.Results:⑴The IL-2,SOD,CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 ratio were significantly lower,the sIL-2R,CD8 and LPO were markedly higher in cancer group than in normal and benign group.There were no significant difference between the normal group and the benign group ;⑵the levels of LPO were negatively related to SOD and IL-2 (γ=-004,P<005;γ=-0785,P<005)。The levels of sIL-2R were negatively related to IL-2 (γ=-041,P<005)。Conclusion:It is necessary to scavenge the free radicals and improve the immunity in the prevention and treatment of hepatocellular cancer.
