头颈癌患者白细胞介素2与T淋巴细胞亚群的检测

摘　　要：对３５例头颈癌患者手术前后血清白细胞介素２（ＩＬ－２）水平及Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群进行检测发现：头颈癌患者手术前ＣＤ８＋显著增高，ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值及血清ＩＬ－２水平明显低于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），且三者与肿瘤临床分期有关，而ＣＤ４＋无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；手术后ＣＤ８＋显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值与血清ＩＬ－２水平呈明显回升，与术前相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果提示：头颈癌患者存在着明显的细胞免疫受损，外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群及血清ＩＬ－２水平能反应机体抗肿瘤免疫水平的高低，并可作为监测病情发展及制定治疗方案的免疫学客观指标之一。Serum levels of interleukin 2(IL 2) and peripheral blood T cell subpopulation were measured in 35 patients with head and neck carcinomas.The results indicated that the pre opertive patients CD8 + was significantly higher,while the IL 2 level and CD4 +/CD8 + were greatly lower than that of controls( P <0.01),and CD4 + was no significant difference. They were closely related with clinical stage.After operation,the CD8 + decreased ( P <0.01) and CD4 + was of no significant difference and the serum IL 2 level,CD4 +/CD8 + elevated( P <0.01).It indicated that patients with head and neck carcinomas presented obvious abnormality of celluar immunological function.So combined analysis of serum IL 2 and T cell subpopulation may be useful to evaluate patients immunological condition and to make up therapeutic plan.
