摘　　要：目的探讨老年胃癌患者围术期术后并发症的观察及处理体会。方法对我院自2006年1月-2008年1月收治的53例60岁以上胃癌手术患者进行围手术期的观察。结果53例老年胃癌患者术后并发肺部感染6例、吻合口漏3例、切口感染5例,并发症发生率26.42%。结论老年胃癌患者术前并存病多,术后并发症发病率高,做好术后并发症的观察和及时处理,是降低术后并发症发生的关键。Objective To explore the old age stomach cancer treatment. Methods Total 53 cases above 60 years old 2006 -2008 the stomach cancer surgery patient data were analyzed. Results Among 53 cases old age stomach cancer patients, the concurrent lungs infection 6 cases, anastomask 3 cases, the incision infection 5 cases, the complication rate 26.42%. Conclusion The old age stomach cancer patient acompany many other disease, the complication disease incidence rate is high, timely treatment of the complication and nursing is the key to reduce the complication.
