摘　　要：朱丹溪在《格致余论》中提出了"君相互感"理论,经历代发展,形成学术上独具特色的理论体系。本文整理了其学术发展脉络,并进行了理论发挥,概括了君相关系的生理、病机,及其临床指导意义。The interaction of sovereign and minister, proposed by Zhu Danxi in his works of Ge Zhi Yu Lun （ Essay on Utmost Knowledge） has gradually become a unique theoretic system during later dynasties. The article sorts out the academic achievements throughout its course of development, further explores the clinical application of the relationship in aspects of physiology, pathology.
