摘 要:试验设21个日粮组,蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物梯度变化范围分别在33%~51%、3%~18%、23%~32%。在水温(25.25±1.91)℃条件下,在水泥池中对平均体重为(2.01±0.04)g的360尾齐口裂腹鱼进行了60d的生长试验,研究日粮中蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物对齐口裂腹鱼生长、体组成和肝脏组织的影响。结果表明:各组鱼特定生长率随着日粮蛋白质水平的增加而增加;体蛋白含量不受日粮组成的影响,体脂肪随着日粮脂肪水平的增加而增加,体碳水化合物受日粮碳水化合物的影响极显著,而不受日粮蛋白质和脂肪的影响。齐口裂腹鱼幼鱼能耐忍23%~26%的碳水化合物水平,且能利用6%~12%的日粮脂肪。基于齐口裂腹鱼幼鱼对日粮碳水化合物和脂肪含量需求分别为23%~26%和6%~12%时,蛋白质需求量为42%~48%,能蛋比为41.3kJ/g。The present experiment was designed 21 diets for Schizothoracin prenanti juvenile. Protein, lipid and carbohydrate were varied between 35.1% - 54.5 %, 4.4% - 17.9% and 20% - 29.6% dry wt. , respectively. Of the 21 diets, 20 produced were fed to fish in single cement cases, while 1 diet was fed to fish in four replicate cement cases to estimate inter - case variation. The experiment lasted for 60 clays. The mean initial weight of Schizo- thoracin prenanti was (2.01 ± 0.04)g. The mean temperature of water was (25.25 ±1.91 )℃ during the experiment. The result of the experiment showed that the specific growth rates ( SGR ) of Schizotlioracin prenanti increased with the increasing of protein content in the diets. At carbohydrate levels of 23% and 26%, the specific growth rates appeared similar with levels between 6% and 12% , while 15% lipid resuhes in growth depression. At carbodydrate levels of 29% and 32% , fish growth was reduced with lipid levels increasing above 12%. Whole body protein level was not affected by dietary composition. Whole body lipid level increased with increasing dietary lipid. Whole body carbohydrate level was strongly affected by dietary carbohydrate but not by dietary protein or lipid. It can be concluded that Schizothoracin prenanti juveniles have the tolerance below 26% to dietary carbohydrate, whereas dietary lipid can be varied over a wide range without affecting growth performance. Based on the range of 26% for carbohydrate and 6 - 12% for lipids, the optimal requirement of protein appears to be at range of 42% - 48% and the optimal of DE/DP rate is 41.3 kJ/g.
