摘　　要：目的综述不同时辰针灸治疗的效应差异性。方法综述运用不同时辰针灸进行疾病治疗或观测其对正常节律的影响的文献,并对其进行归类分析。结果发现不同时辰针灸治疗主要通过影响体温节律、胃肠的运动和分泌、脑内的某些物质、血液中的某些成分等而表现出效应的差异性。结论不同时辰针灸治疗具有明显的效应差异性。Objective To summarize the therapeutic effectiveness Variability created by acupuncture different time. Methods The liter-ature on acupuncture given at different time or the effects of acupuncture on normal physical rhythm at different time were summarized, classified and analyzed. Results Acupuncture at different time exhibits discrepancy of effectiveness, which mainly through influencing the temperature rhythm, the movement and secretion of stomoch and gut the materials in brain and some elements in blood. Conclusion Acupuncture at different time has a prominent discrepancy of effectiveness.
