摘 要:思想政治理论课教师职业倦怠是一种社会现象。其成因虽然是多方面的,但教师自我效能感的衰减却不容忽视。以提高思想政治理论课教师自我效能感为切入点寻求缓解教师职业倦怠方法:重塑理想信念,提升个体的自我效能感;建构社会支撑体系,促进个体自我效能感的发展;积极主动增强思想政治理论课教师自我效能感正面信息;改善思想政治理论课教师自我效能感形成与发展的内在要求。Professional tiresomeness of ideological & political teachers (IPTs) is a social phenomenon resulted from different factors, among which the weakening of the teachers' self-efficacy sense can not be negligible. The key point for solving this problem lies in promoting IPTs' self-efficacy sense with the methods as follows:regaining IPTs' aspiration and faith;winning social support ; initiatively receiving more positive information about self-efficacy sense of the IPTs and improving inner requirement on the fostering and development of IPTs' self-efficacy sense.
