摘　　要：现有理论解释企业竞争优势的演化机理存在一定的片面性,演化经济学认为企业惯例决定企业的异质性,而企业异质性是企业竞争优势的根源,基于演化经济学的企业理论为理解企业竞争优势的形成机制提供了新的观察视角。从运作优化角度出发,通过构建演化动力模型揭示出竞争优势演化过程中的演化动力要素和演化动力机制,从微观层面上为探究企业竞争优势的形成提供新的思路,并在此基础上,以新知识的增加为例来阐述竞争优势的演化过程。The present theories have their deficiencies to explain the evolution process of enterprises＇ competent advantage, and evolutionary economics points out that the enterprise convention makes a leading role on the enterprise heterogeneity, and then the enterprise heterogeneity is the root of the enterprise＇s competent advantage, so it is a new angle to understand the mechanism of how to produce the enterprise＇s competent advantage which is based on the evolutionary economics. With the beginning respective of operation, will build a evolutionary dynamic model and reveal the key factors of evolutionary dynamic and the mechanism of dy- namic,which will offer a new direction to probe the process of producing the enterprise＇s competent advantage from the angle of microcosm, and will use the example of the added knowledge to explain the evolutionary process of competent advantage.
