摘 要:分析潜孔钻机回转系统的结构组成及其液压系统的工作原理,推导该回路中相应的泵与马达的动力学方程;利用AMEsim仿真平台建立基于压力流量控制的泵控马达液压系统的仿真模型,设置模型中的主要参数,并进行动力学仿真。根据仿真结果得到不同负载作用下马达进口压力的动态响应曲线,并进行相应的现场模拟试验验证,与仿真结果对比分析表明,该回转系统在正常作业和卡钻工况下,系统的响应速度较快,稳定性好,负载适应性强。同时,通过试验验证所建立模型的正确性,为潜孔钻机回转液压系统的性能评估和优化设计提供了一条新途径。Completely analyzed the rotating system of component and operational principle for the hydraulic system, and then deduce the circuit dynamics equation for the pump and motor. Used the plate of AMEsim to create the pump control motor hydraulic system of simulation model based on the pressure and flow controlling. The main parameters of the model of the hydraulic system were set;and then the dynamics simulation of the hydraulic system was achieved. According to the simulation answer, can gain the different dynamic response curve for motor import pressure under the different load, and then through correspondent experiment on plot. From the simulation results, can know that the rotary system have the good stability, the fast response speed and the good load adaptability. The results indicated the validity of this simulation by compared to the experiment data, this research provide a foundation for the performance evaluation and optimization design of the system.
