摘　　要：本文利用1998-2004年我国29个省的面板数据,将农业生产的投入要素区分为物质性投入要素和非物质性投入要素,分别建立了中性技术和非中性技术条件下的C-D生产函数和扩展的C-D生产函数模型,对影响我国农业发展的因素进行了实证分析,并依据分析结果,对促进我国农业发展提出了政策建议.The paper analysis the factors contributing to the development of China＇s agricultural production. Using panel data on 29 provinces from 1998 to 2004 ,separate the input factors into physical factors and nonphysical factors, a C-D production model under neutral and non-neutral technological change are estimated using random-effects estimation ,and we can come up with the policy implications to develop our agriculture based on the gotten results.
