摘　　要：目前,业已建立的医院应急体系中存在着诸多的薄弱环节。本文从医院三大资源角度指出各级医院建立和完善符合自身特点的应急体系的必要性。At present, there is a lot of weakness existing in the hospital emergency systems available. This paper points out the necessary that all the tiers of hospitals establish and perfect the emergency systems according to their own characteristics from three resources of the hospitals.
