摘　　要：本文介绍了在医院没有和医疗保险机构联网的情况下,提出了医院对社保和农村合作医疗病人住院费用的结算、查询、统计的设计思路,详细说明了数据流的处理过程。Puts forward the designing thinking of the settlement, inquiry and statistics for hospital expenses, and explains the data stream treating processes in detail without the internetworked hospital with social security administration departments and rural cooperative medical departments.
