摘　　要：文章在对改革开放30年来我国民办高等教育发展过程中周期性规律总结分析的基础上,运用博弈理论对民办高校的办学行为进行了定量分析,从博弈论视角解释了民办高校违规办学现象。The paper analyzes periodic law of China＇s private higher education development in the past 30 years of reform and opening, based on game theory, it conducts a quantitative analysis of running school acts of private universities, the paper fi＇om the perspective of game theory to explain the violation phenomenon of private universities running.
