卵巢环小管性索瘤临床病理分析并2例报告及文献复习

摘　　要：本文对30例（国内文献28例及本院2例）卵巢环状小管性索瘤进行分析。年龄6～59岁，平均22岁，主要临床表现为性激素紊乱（月经不规、经后出血及性早熟）和腹部肿块，仅1例伴有胃肠道息肉病和皮肤粘膜色素斑。组织学特征为单层和复层小管，管周有基底膜样物环绕，瘤细胞呈条索状或巢状并见核分裂相，可能是形态学恶性特征。Thirty cases of sex cord tumor with annlar tubules of the ovary (scscTAT) were reviewed, of these 28 were collected from the chinese literature 2 from the author's cinic. Age of the patients ranged mom 6 to 59 years, with a mean of 22 year. the main clmical manifestations were estrogenic hormonal imbalance(irrcgular mcnstruation,postmenopousal bleeding and sexual precocity) and abdominal mass. one of them is also companied with peutz-Jegher syndrome. Microscopic exmination showed single or complex annulartubules with prominent basement membrane—like material aroud the tubules. SCTAT should be carefally differentiated from Granulose cell tumor, Gynandroblas toma and Sertoli cell adnoma.the malignant potential of this tumor had been compacted tumors in trabculae or sheet as well as mitosis.
