食管癌患者外周血淋巴细胞微核的研究

摘　　要：本文总结了食管癌患者外周血淋巴细胞微核测定的结果，在36例食管癌患者中，平均微核出现率是5．75‰，健康对照19例，平均微核出现率是2．37‰，且癌症患者每例微核率平均在4‰以上，二者经统计学处理，有非常显著的差异（P＜0．01）。Micronuclei (MN) in peripheral lymphocytes from the patients with esophageal carcinoma was tested. The results was as follows:the mean frequency of MN was 5.75%o in 36patients with esophageal carcinoma, and the mean frequency of MN was 2.31‰ in 19 normal controls, and it was higher than 4‰ that was found in each of patients. The differences seen between the two groups (P<0.01) were statistically significant.
