超敏C反应蛋白与急性脑血管病相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑血管病患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白水平的变化及其与疾病严重程度的关系。方法测定114例急性脑血管病患者和94名健康人血清hs-CRP的含量,按脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准对患者进行评分,分组比较。结果血清CRP水平脑卒中组明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001),脑梗死组与脑出血组比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论血清hs-CRP水平增高与脑血管病的发生和严重程度有密切关系。Objective To investigate the changes of the serum level of high sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in patients with cerebrovascular disease and its relationship to the severity of disease. Methods The serum level of hs-CRP in 1 t4 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease and 90 healthy persons were determined. All the patients were scored by clinic neurological deficit scale （NDS）,and compared in groups. Results The serum level of hs-CRP in the patients were significantly higher than that in normal controls （P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusion The serum level of hs-CRP is closely correlated with the severity of cerebrovascular disease.
